Founder and Editor

Lori Cunningham and her husband are building a new home and realized that there is a myriad of options to choose from when designing home technology.  Being a tech enthusiast, Lori sought out to find home tech solutions that enable the home to be built on a platform or protocol that allow products to work in concert with each other.  Furthermore, allow for additional products to be easily added and controlled as new technology becomes available.  TheWellConnectedHome.com was created to highlight this journey and report on home technology for the average homeowner while requiring minimal professional help.

Lori and her husband have two wonderful young children and live in Southern California.  Lori is also the founder and managing editor of the WellConnectedMom.com, which helps make technology simple for busy moms.

Lori has a master’s degree from University of Southern California (USC) in Communications Management (Technology) and a BS from University of California Riverside in Business (marketing). She worked for Nestle USA for twelve years in sales, brand marketing, IT, and e-business marketing.
